CPX Terminal Surface Display Protein with Polystyrene-Binding Peptide
This is our rendition of the Circular-Permutated OmpX gene called CPX, used to display surface proteins. CPX is linear with both the N and C termini displayed extracellularly. The insert we have chosen here is the polystyrene binding peptide, flanked by restriction sites so we can swap out the insert at our will.
